Prefect, President of the Departmental Council, MP and mayors, all the local authorities were there without forgetting the populations who came to attend the inauguration of the Senegal Services space in Bignona. Several mayors of the department have signed agreements with ADIE, particularly for the issuance of civil status documents in the ESS. 
Thanks to optical fiber and the interconnection of this space with the network of 45 Senegal Services spaces in the country via the senegalservices.sn web platform, carrying out administrative procedures has never been so simplified for the populations of this department of the region from Ziguinchor. 
In Bignona, the CEO of ADIE also inaugurated the computer room of the multimedia center set up in partnership with the departmental council. Another multimedia room, this time for ENO, was also officially inaugurated. It is built as part of the program Smart Sénégal. 

The Director General of ADIE is touring the southern regions of Senegal.
